Shipping & returns
For eligible delivery destinations, standard shipping is 10 (local currency), or free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts reaches 69.90 (local currency). Available shipping methods, the delivery currency and taxes are confirmed at checkout.
In-stock orders normally process in 1–3 business days. Standard U.S. delivery is estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch; this is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Eligible unused items in resaleable condition: request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery and contact support before sending anything back. For approved change-of-mind returns, you pay return postage. U.S. mystery gift boxes and their contents are excluded from change-of-mind returns; bundle and disclosed product-specific conditions apply. Fault remedies and mandatory consumer rights, including applicable UK/EU rights, remain unaffected.
