These Terms of Service govern your use of www.cards-club.com and purchases from CardcLub, operated by HONGDIAN GLOBALLZL LIMITED ("CardcLub", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Store use and eligibility

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order or contacting us. You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes, interfere with store security, or infringe the rights of others.

2. Products, pricing and orders

We make reasonable efforts to present products, descriptions, prices and availability accurately. Product colours and details may vary slightly because of screen settings and handmade or paper-craft characteristics. Prices, promotions and availability may change before an order is accepted. We may decline, cancel or limit an order where permitted by law, including where there is a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or an item is unavailable. If payment has already been captured for a cancelled order, we will issue an appropriate refund.

3. Payment, shipping and returns

Payment must be authorized before dispatch. Shipping, delivery, customs, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy, which form part of these Terms.

4. Intellectual property

The CardcLub name, store content, product photography, text, graphics and design are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

5. Third-party services

Our store uses third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers and carriers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the store or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction, except that consumers retain the benefit of any mandatory protections and forum rights provided by the law of their habitual residence.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to future use of the store; material changes will not affect orders already accepted except where required by law.
