CardcLub is operated by HONGDIAN GLOBALLZL LIMITED ("CardcLub", "we", "us" or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you visit, place an order with, or contact us through www.cards-club.com.

1. Personal information we collect

Depending on how you use our store, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery address, order and payment-status information, messages sent to us, device and browser information, IP address, and information about how you use our store. Payment card details are processed by our payment providers and are not stored by us in full.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to operate the store; process payments and orders; arrange fulfillment and delivery; provide customer support; prevent fraud and protect our services; comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations; and, where permitted, send marketing communications that you can opt out of at any time.

3. How we share information

We share information only as needed with Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment and delivery partners, technology and support providers, professional advisers, and public authorities where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. These providers may process information on our behalf or in connection with the services they provide to us.

4. Cookies, choices and optional technologies

We use essential technologies for security, account sign-in, retaining a selection that you ask to continue, shopping carts and checkout. Optional preferences, analytics and marketing technologies are subject to the choices and regional requirements reflected in Shopify's consent controls.

You can accept or decline non-essential purposes, manage individual preferences, or withdraw consent through Cookie preferences. Declining optional purposes does not prevent browsing, registering an account or making a purchase. Withdrawal applies to future consent-based processing; it does not change processing that was lawful before withdrawal or processing required to provide the service or meet legal obligations.

Our manually installed Google Analytics tag runs only when Shopify's analytics permission allows it, and we disable it after that permission is withdrawn. Shopify uses its consent tools to apply your choices to Shopify-managed pixels and services.

5. International transfers and retention

Your information may be processed in Hong Kong and in other countries where our service providers operate. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, tax, dispute-resolution and record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized where appropriate.

6. Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to the processing of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and may have data-portability rights. To make a request, contact us using support@cardc-lub.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your place of residence.

Shopify and enhanced services

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information when you visit or make purchases, including through Shopify Network Intelligence, which is currently enabled. These enhanced services can use information about interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify to help protect, personalize and improve services and advertising. Information is shared with Shopify and service providers that may process it in other countries.

You can also use Shopify's privacy portal to learn about or exercise rights concerning Shopify's use of personal information. Where applicable, the store's data-sharing opt-out page offers an additional sale/sharing opt-out method, and Shopify honors applicable Global Privacy Control signals through its privacy tools.
